Sweet Sue and Her Society Syncopaters / Some Like It Hot (Cha-Cha-Cha)
United Artists Records UAL-3029 (1959)(US) Rare original issue record. Two broke jazz musicians, Jerry (Jack Lemmon) and Joe (Tony Curtis),
flee Prohibition-era Chicago after witnessing the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre mob hit. In order to avoid detection, they dress in drag
and join "Sweet Sue and her Society Syncopators" on a trip to play the Seminole Ritz in Florida. Joe and Jerry, as their female alter egos
Josephine and Daphne, encounter Sugar Kane (Marilyn Monroe), a singing ukelele player with a plan to marry a millionaire
(or so the story goes). So, here's the band soundtrack to Billy Wilder's 1959 classic film "Some Like It Hot".

Marilyn Monroe / Marilyn Monroe
United Artists/Ascot Records AM-13008 (1963)(US) Rare original issue record. Although she occasionally sang in pictures, "Some Like It Hot"
gave Marilyn Monroe an opportunity to use that little girl voice on some great standards. They include "Runnin' Wild," "I'm Through With Love,"
and the provocative "I Wanna Be Loved By You". These songs plus [9] other sides that she made for records, are the reason for this album.
